Question
What are your delivery times?

We despatch all orders placed before 4pm on the same working day for next day delivery using a secure courier service. This means that UK orders placed before 4pm Monday to Thursday will reach you the next day. Overseas orders will always take 3 to 4 days to arrive. Orders placed after 4pm will be despatched on the next working day for next day delivery. Please remember that orders placed before 4pm Friday will not reach you until Monday (UK) or Wednesday at the earliest (overseas).

Please note that during particularly busy periods your order may take a little longer to arrive, but even in busy periods your order will not take longer to arrive than UK second class post.

Question
What courier service do you use?
We use a secure courier service called UK Mail. This is a locally based courier service which can ship all over the world. All parcels are assigned a tracking number which we can pass onto you at your request. UK Mail has an excellent reputation and its drivers are experienced at making sure that items arrive on time and undamaged. From time to time a UK Mail driver may need to call you when help is required in finding your address. This is usually only the case for customers who live in very rural locations or who have recently moved to a brand new estate which does not yet show up on their systems. If you are not satisfied with the courier service you receive please do not hesitate to contact us at info@keratex.com.

Question
Do you test on animals ?

Keratex does not and never has carried out, nor commissioned any animal testing on any finished products or raw materials. As a company we are against the use of animals in laboratory testing when there are alternatives available that do not require the use of animals.

This means that as a leading global hoofcare brand we are able to carry out formulation and development in a responsible manner. This reflects the foundation that Keratex was built on by the late Dr John Irving - his vision of a company which would bring to the market products to care for, protect and improve animal lives.
